Dash & Albert Gypsy Rose

Personally, leather sofas aren't a favourite of mine.  Yes, I'll take a leather
studded wingback in the office but not as a sofa - call me a snob
it's just not my cup of tea.
But I must admit my brother has a Gypsy Rose woollen rug in his family room
and sitting proudly on the rug is a burnt red leather sofa!
The combination of the red leather pulling the burnt reds out of the
Dash & Albert Gypsy Rose, well, it simply looks stunning!

Thank you - Australian House & Garden

Thank you Australian House & Garden and Imogene Roache for featuring the
fun Dash & Albert Hot House Winter woollen hooked rug in the H&G Shopping section
"Nine By Design" in this months issue.
I'm looking forward to the weekend so I can enjoy a
good read on Mother's Day!

If you've never thought of having a 60x90cm woollen rug at the
Kitchen and Laundry Sink, now's the time with winter approaching...
You might say, "wool at the kitchen sink" but let me tell you
I'm no super clean cook!  I just vacuum, spot clean as needed
and professionally clean if necessary.
If you're really dangerous in the kitchen you can always go for
a Dash & Albert in/outdoor rug!

If you're interested in this or any other wonderful Dash & Albert products
send me an email  noting your post code and I'll head you in the
direction of your nearest Dash stockist.

Dash & Albert's - Bed of Roses - Kaffe, Annie & Georgia

Walking in the garden the other day just after the rain stopped,
I was drawn to the beauty of the roses.  I just had to photograph
them all!

It got me thinking about inspiration and where people get it from.
As you know I'm a fan of colour and I love the work of Kaffe Fassett,
Annie Selke of  Dash & Albert & Pine Cone Hill
and the American artist  Georgia O'Keefe.
Just wish it was possible to sit and have tea with these three,
unfortunately it's not to be but what a fabulous afternoon it could have been!

Thinking
Colour, Patterns & Design
with Tea (of course!)

Dash & Albert's Bed of Roses
Designed by Kaffe, maybe inspired by Georgia and made by Annie
Is available in Australia in four sizes
With stockists nationwide, send me an email and I'll head you in the direction.....
